Key Features and Benefits
This is the same board as V1.0 but modified for ETM debugging via the legacy 39 pin Mictor for Lauterbach emulators. It is also used for JTAG access.
V1.0 is used for JTAG access and monitoring and probing of the HWDBG signals that are muxed behind the EMU signals. Software is required to modify the pin-mux to allow for the HWDBG signals to be brought out on these pins. This board should not be used for Trace (ETM) debugging due to the additional loading the LEDs and header add to the signals will limit the speed of the interface.
