  1. The RMA number issued is valid for a period of 10 days. RMA’s received after 10 days may be returned unopened, subject to SVTronics discretion. Returns for credit may be subject to 15% re-stocking charge after 30 days and are subject to inspection and acceptance. Custom products are non-returnable. Any return without an approved RMA or shipped collect freight will not be accepted.
